Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the PB Rewards App, operated by Hovi Holding Limited (Registration No. 13017709, Dubai) (“Company”, “we”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the PB Rewards mobile application (“App”). The App is a customer loyalty platform, allowing users (“you” or “User”) to earn reward points by scanning QR codes and gift those points to others. By downloading or using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. User Eligibility

There are no age restrictions for using the PB Rewards App. The App is open to users of all ages. By using the App, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are a minor, you should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian, but no minimum age is required to register an account.

3. Account Registration

To use PB Rewards, you must create an account with your name and mobile phone number. During registration, we will send a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS for verification of your phone number using Twilio. You are responsible for providing a valid phone number that you own and keeping it secure. Each user may maintain only one account, and you agree not to create accounts using false identities or on behalf of others without permission.

4. Reward Points System

PB Rewards App provides a loyalty points system where you can earn points by scanning QR codes. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. The Company may change how points are earned or used at any time, with notice as described in Section 11.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to use it lawfully and ethically. You must not engage in fraudulent activities or misuse of the PB Rewards system. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

Any violation may result in account suspension, point forfeiture, or legal action.

6. Account Termination

User-Initiated Termination: You can delete your account anytime. Upon deletion, all your points will be forfeited and cannot be restored.

Company-Initiated Termination: The Company may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for other valid reasons. Termination immediately revokes your right to access the App and forfeits any remaining points.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the PB Rewards App, including logos, trademarks, software, and text, is owned by Hovi Holding Limited or its licensors. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to use the App. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Third-Party Services

These third-party providers process data as needed for App functionality. The Company is not responsible for issues caused by these services.

9. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hovi Holding Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to INR 1000 or the value of affected reward points, whichever is lesser.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

11. Updates to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms periodically. Updates will be communicated via the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
